WaterWorks water slides
(check out videos online)

$45 per child  $85 for 2 siblings
$120 for 3 or more siblings

All Sportsplex player's families get a 25% discount at the WaterWorks Water Slides
("The Bullet" & "Titan Bay" will open April 17; "The Wave" slide will Open June 4)

... a $10 late fee will be assessed for registrations after March 6 and uniforms
cannot be guaranteed before game day.

After registering online, you must
come to a registration at the park
(Saturdays 9am-12pm, or by special arrangement) to sign the form and make payment (if not paid online)

NO PLAYER WILL BE SEATED
ON A TEAM UNTIL THEIR FEE IS PAID! After March 6, no player
can be guaranteed a position.
